Growth by Design is a publication for founders and CEOs of owner-led and mid-sized companies.
You built the company, then you built the team. You moved from doing the work, to staying on top of it, to thinking about strategy. And you still don’t have the time to execute on it. Your people are capable. What they don’t have is the depth you carry, so you spend your days explaining, and managing down to the team, up to the board and across to partners and clients. There isn’t much left for a life.
